Eligibility Criteria
- All Pakistan/AJK Nationals are eligible for HEC Chinese Government Scholarship.
- For Bachelor’s degree programs, age must be less than 25 years. With valid High School Certificate.
- For Master’s degree programs, age no more than 35 years. With valid Bachelor Degree.
- For Ph.D degree program, age should not exceed 40 years. With valid Master Degree at the time of application. You must have to Submit Recommendation Letter.
- All applicants should be in good health.
- Students must apply on HEC Web Portal as well as in Chinese Universities.

- Two Passport Size Pictures.
- CSC Online Application Form.
- Print of HEC Online Submitted Form.
- CNIC Copies of Applicant & Guardian/Father.
- Scanned clear copy of a Valid Passport.
- Notarized highest diploma (in Chinese/English).
- Detailed Marks Sheet / Academic Transcript (in Chinese/English).
- Two Recommendation Letters. (For Master & PhD Degree Only).
- Your Study Plan in China (in Chinese or English Language). 2 Copies
- Certificate of Chinese / English Proficiency Letter (Exempt for those who Studied at English Institute)
- All Academic Documents must be attested from HEC & IBCC
- Character Certificate (non-criminal record from last 5 months).
- Physical Health Certificate.
