We are here to share that “Romania Government Scholarship 2022-23” applications are open for international students. The Romania Government Scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship for Bachelor, Master and PhD to Study in Romanian Universities.
All the expenses including Tuition Fee, Registration Fee, Medical Insurance, Monthly stipend will be covered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Romania. Good News, No Application Fee and No IELTS/TOEFL is required. Romania Scholarship is an excellent opportunity for students of Non European Union Countries.
Romanian Government is offering 85 Fully Funded Scholarships for each country. All academic Fields & Majors at all level are available except Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy studies.

Academic Programs Offered & Duration Under Romania Government Scholarship
Romania Government Scholarships are available for all following fields and their majors at all levels: Agricultural Sciences, Administrative, Journalism, Political Sciences, Civilization, Human and Social Sciences, Engineering, Architecture, Education and Technical Studies, Visual Arts, Romanian Culture, Oil and Gas, Veterinary Medicine.
Note: Scholarships are NOT available for the fields of Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy.

Eligibility Criteria
- All Nationals are eligible for Romania Government Scholarship. Except, Romania Citizens and students belongs to the European Union Countries.
- For Bachelor’s degree programs, age not more than 35 years. With valid High School Certificate.
- For Master’s and Ph.D degree programs, age no more than 45 years.
- All applicants should be in good health.
Documents Required
- Two Passport Size Pictures.
- Scanned clear copy of a Passport (1st three Pages).
- Scanned copy of the birth certificate either in French, English, or Romanian.
- Scanned copies of all academic transcripts either in French, English, or Romanian.
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) for Ph.D. candidates only.
- Physical Health Certificate.
- The application form for a scholarship in Romania.
- The letter of acceptance application.
The files will also include the following documents (only for candidates who belong to the specific category mentioned for each document):
- Copy of the proof of name change (if applicable)
- Proof of final year studies, who do not hold the diploma yet (if applicable).
- The certificate attesting the passing of the baccalaureate, bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral exam (if applicable).
- Declaration on parental consent in case of candidate age less than 18 years (if applicable).
How To Apply For Romania Government Scholarship ?
- Applications must sent through electronically or physically preferably via diplomatic missions of Romania.
- Documents received via email will not be accepted.
- Don’t send applications directly to the MFA or to the MNE.
